L'ensemble du salon impressionne par son aspect ouvert, lumineux et spacieux. De là, vous pourrez accéder à la terrasse/jardin très calme à l'arrière de la résidence. Tout a été mis en place pour créer un espace de bien-être. Au premier étage se trouvent les deux chambres, dont une avec balcon et une grande salle de bains inhabituelle avec toilettes et douche spéciale. Le sous-sol est accessible par le jardin et il y a une place de parking privée devant la maison.

Mondorf-les-Bains est l'une des perles de la Moselle. Tous les commerces, écoles, activités sportives, offres culturelles et très bonnes liaisons de transport se trouvent ici. The building was built in 1950 and later divided into several units. The apartment is on the ground floor, a few steps above the street. You enter the apartment through a small hallway, which opens into the spacious living/dining room with a great open kitchen. The entire living room impresses with its open, bright and spacious appearance. From here you can access the very quiet terrace/garden at the rear of the residence. Everything has been set up to create a feel-good area. On the first floor are the two bedrooms, one with a balcony and an unusual, great bathroom with a toilet and a special shower. The basement can be reached through the garden, and there is a private parking space in front of the house.
The apartment is in mint condition and can be lived in immediately without any renovation work.
Mondorf-les-Bains is one of the pearls of the Moselle region. All shopping facilities, schools, sports activities, cultural offers and very good transport connections can be found here. The romantic Moselle with its famous vineyards is in the immediate vicinity. The spa park is only a few minutes' walk away. The building is right in the city center. Live where others vacation.
